By using dusklight.blog, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Service description
Dusklight Wiki provides independent informational content about downloading, installing, configuring, modifying, and troubleshooting Dusklight. The site may present version details, file sizes, platform comparisons, installation steps, system requirements, screenshots, FAQ answers, and links to external official sources.
The site does not develop Dusklight, control the TwilitRealm GitHub repository, or provide Nintendo game data. Features and pages may change as the software and available documentation evolve.
2. Independent status
Dusklight Wiki is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by TwilitRealm or Nintendo. Dusklight is developed by TwilitRealm. Nintendo, The Legend of Zelda, Twilight Princess, and related names and assets belong to their respective owners. Use of names and official media is for identification, commentary, and guidance and does not imply an official relationship.
3. External downloads
Download buttons use a 15-second preparation countdown and then navigate to a file or release URL under the official TwilitRealm GitHub repository. The file is supplied by the external source, not hosted by Dusklight Wiki. Availability, integrity, signing, licensing, and future changes are controlled by the publisher and platform.
You are responsible for confirming the URL, filename, architecture, version, and suitability before running software. Security warnings should be evaluated rather than bypassed automatically. Do not rely on labels from unrelated mirrors.
4. Game-data responsibility
Dusklight application releases do not include Twilight Princess. You must provide your own compatible dump from a copy you own and comply with applicable law. Dusklight Wiki does not host, distribute, request, or link ROMs, ISO images, RVZ game files, encryption keys, cracks, repacks, or other copyrighted Nintendo game data.
References to ISO, RVZ, dumping, conversion, or game-file errors describe the official user-provided setup workflow. They do not authorize infringement or guarantee that a particular activity is lawful in every jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attack, overload, scrape abusively, or disrupt the site.
- Do not use support channels to send malware, copyrighted game data, credentials, or unlawful material.
- Do not misrepresent Dusklight Wiki as an official TwilitRealm or Nintendo service.
- Do not frame, copy, or republish site content in a deceptive way.
- Do not use the site or external links in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Accuracy and updates
The site aims to verify important facts against first-party sources and records a check date for current release information. Software changes quickly, and a newer official release may replace the version described here. Always review the linked official source when version freshness, compatibility, or security is important.
No guide can guarantee that every device, driver, game dump, modification, or platform policy will behave identically. Diagnostic suggestions are informational and are not an official support commitment.
7. Intellectual property
Original site text, organization, code, and branding are owned by the site operator unless stated otherwise. Official Dusklight media and third-party marks remain subject to their owners' rights and source licenses. Linking to or discussing a project does not transfer ownership.
You are responsible for rights in files, screenshots, texture packs, game dumps, and other materials you use. Open-source application code does not make unrelated copyrighted game assets free to distribute.
8. No warranties
The site and guides are provided as is and as available without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or a particular technical result. External downloads and services may change or become unavailable without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, external software, failed installations, lost saves, device problems, legal disputes, unavailable links, or reliance on guide content. Some jurisdictions may not allow every limitation.
10. Backups and testing
You are responsible for backing up saves, configuration, game dumps, and working installations before updating, uninstalling, modifying, clearing app storage, changing signing methods, or following troubleshooting steps. Establish a clean current baseline and make one change at a time.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised when the site, download flow, external sources, legal requirements, or support practices change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
